Important Notice
Once in-game items (diamonds, coins, etc.) have been successfully delivered to your game account, refunds are not possible. Please double-check your game ID and server before making a purchase.
1No Refund After Delivery
Due to the nature of digital goods and instant delivery services:
- ✗Refunds are NOT available once items are delivered to your in-game account
- ✗We cannot retrieve or reverse in-game item deliveries
- ✗Change of mind after delivery is not a valid refund reason
2When Refunds Are Possible
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- ✓Payment Failed: Your payment was charged but the order was not created
- ✓Delivery Failed: Items were not delivered due to system error (not wrong ID)
- ✓Duplicate Charge: You were charged multiple times for the same order
- ✓Wrong Package: You received a different package than what you ordered
3Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- •Wrong Game ID or Server ID entered by the customer
- •Game account banned, suspended, or deleted after purchase
- •Change of mind after successful delivery
- •In-game items used, traded, or gifted after delivery
- •Price changes or promotional differences after purchase
4Wallet Balance Refunds
For wallet-related refunds:
- •Wallet recharges are non-refundable once credited
- •Wallet balance can only be used for purchases, not withdrawn
- •If order fails, amount is auto-refunded to wallet within 24 hours
5How to Request a Refund
